Active Membership—$600 Dues

• Full-time law enforcement chief executives engaged in the management of municipal law enforcement agencies in the State of Connecticut.
• The Commanding Officer, Division of State Police.
• The Chief State’s Attorney.
• Chief of Police at colleges and universities in Connecticut.

Life Membership — No Dues

• An active member in good standing at the time of Honorable Retirement, and having been a member of this Association for a period of not less than five (5) years, will be eligible for Life Membership.
• Past presidents of the Association who have been honorably retired from law enforcement service.

Senior Management Membership—$75 Dues

• Chief Executive Officers or Commanding Officers stationed within the State for the following federal law enforcement agencies: F.B.I., A.T.F., D.E.A., I.N.S., I.R.S., U.S. Marshall’s Office, U.S. Postal Service, or similar federal law enforcement department.
• Chief Executive Officers or Commanding Officers of Metro-North Railroad.
• Any member who is designated by an Active Member within his/her department and having administrative responsibility to act in his/her behalf.

Associate Membership—$150 Dues

• Any person who is not eligible for Active, Life, or Senior Management Membership, and who is concerned and interested in the welfare and advancement of law enforcement, may apply for Associate Membership. All applications are subject to final approval by the Board of Directors.
